Living With Dignity Foundation TZ

Living with Dignity Foundation, TZ is a non-governmental organization, registration number 00NGO/R/8885 registered under the Non Governmental Organizations Act, No. 24 of 2002, as amended in line with Tanzanian laws.

Introduced by the Busega District Council in november 2025, it is dedicated to uplifting women, vulnerable children, and youth through vocational training, health education, and community support. 

By providing skills in handicrafts and raising awareness on critical issues like HIV/AIDS and gender equity, the foundation aims to foster self-reliance and resilience. It collaborates with local government, stakeholders, and international partners to create inclusive opportunities, ensuring every individual can live with dignity in a supportive environment.

Creating Impact Across Communities In Tanzania

Vocational Workshops

We conduct vocational workshops in weaving, embroidery, sewing, beadwork, basketry, and pottery, enabling participants to create textiles, jewelry, and home décor products for local and global markets.

Seminars

We conduct regular seminars on HIV/AIDS prevention and gender equity to raise awareness, promote inclusive communities, and empower individuals with knowledge and support.

Enterprise Development Sessions

The foundation also conducts enterprise development sessions to help participants start small businesses, along with health education workshops that strengthen communities and promote self-reliance.
